Teaching practise- WEEK 2️⃣✌

(MONDAY)

Monday was usually a hurryburry day and I was at school by 9'oclock.For prayer, HM suggested us to read Bible and to lead the prayer. After prayer, Sr. informed about teacher who are on leave and ask to take charge of their classes. I have second period for class 8B and Jolly mam observed the class for 15 minutes, then ask to informed her, if any kids behave mischief in class. But the students are pretty easy to manage,  so I have no issues. I have lunch duty today.

(TUESDAY)

After prayer by 9.10 AM, I headed to staffroom to fix the online class. Sabu sir gave sufficient instructions while taking class and asked to take during weekends. Today I have only one hour as a substitute on class 8C for Jolly mam. I taught Identities there. Completed the topic ' Product of sums ' with sufficient ex and gave home work too.

(WEDNESDAY)

Saw this picture in one of my friends WhatsApp status. After seeing that I felt to post it since its applicable for us too. 

Today, I have morning duty, so arrived early at school. Two teachers where there and gave instructions to do. Then,by 9'oclock,prayer started. After prayer, I headed to staffroom to get more period for 9th std.  Sr.Celia gave me her hour and I adjust with Mekha . Thus, in total I have 3 hrs,which make a hectic day 🙃.. Got 1 hr for 8th and 2 continues hr for 9th std. Anyways, managed to complete my targeted portions and from tomorrow onwards, second batch comes.

(THURSDAY)

Today I arrived early at school. I just inquired for free hours but didn't find any. I already have 2 hr, so I spent time to prepare myself.  2nd hr for 9C and I taught one property of similar triangles and do some problems. 4th hr for 8B and I completed problems regarding 'product of sums ' and started new identity ' Sum of squares'.

(SATURDAY)

After one day holiday due to Pongal and news about online class for school students upto 9th std from next week onwards  , I arrived at school by 9.00clock. After prayer, me and Josena discussed with our Mathematics sir about online classes. I have only 2nd period at 8B today and I invited Ganga to observe and write ✍ review about my class. Then I spent time to observe and review Sruthi,Josena and Roshna's class and record it in my book.

Exam prepararions

 After Onam holidays, exam date for practical board examination announced. It will be from 27th to 30th September, 2022. During holidays, I was hardly working to finish my works- optional and project including MCQ book. I submit all works on time and got correction for project from guide Benedict sir. So, I have to edit my project again which was tougher . Sleepless days...  After completion of all works, it was time to get seal, signature etc from teachers and Principal. It all done on time, without delay and we are asked to prepare lesson template for commission.  I chose a topic ' Frequency Table' of class XI for teaching. I use slides for make the lp attractive and bring two variety of activities. We have to write three copies of the lp.  On 26th Monday, September, we all get ready for final touch of exam and gathered at college. Teaching practice-WEEK 5️⃣(I)

 01/03/2022 TUESDAY Another month started and I started a new chapter 'Polynomials ' for class 9 students in the morning 6.30 to 7.30AM. I created ppt to teach the theory portions so that students can understand the concept easily. Today, I completed the first section including the exercise problems.  In midst, we are informed to submit our innovative work and I submitted a working model of Simple bar graph 📊.  I liked the works of my classmates ; some are truly innovative 💡.. 03/02/2022 THURSDAY   My second class in this week.  Today I planned to complete the second section of Polynomials and it happened so with the corporation of sts. Actually in that section,  the definition of Polynomials is introduced. It was simple chapter and std understood well. Since it was online class, I include activity card in ppt to make do the task.
