 24/05/2021  New week starts with Deepthi miss class. We have already discussed about format of lesson plans ; so today mam continued with lesson plans need,steps, Herbartian steps of lp.  Then ,mam share some discussion lesson plans format in Google classroom for our observation.  Second hour by giby mam . Mam taught about another defense mechanism-sublimation. 25/05/2021 First hour by Joju sir. Sir starts the class with a thought and seminar presentation continued from physical science department.  Second hour by Ancy mam . Portions come to an end with the last topic from philosophy-social change ; its factor,barriers, types where discussed. Then, mam give topics for the revision that starts from next class.

 Today we have three sessions for online class. First hour by George sir. Today, sir taught some theory : Physical Fitness  Its components Activities to boost physical fitness  Its health benefits  How it can be achieved  Second hour by Giby mam. Students who took seminar portions explain their part and ask questions- Creativity was the main topic.Then ,mam explained about a defense mechanism- Displacement with examples . Well,an example of creativity that I seen in social media.  Third hour by Deepthi miss. Today new unit starts: Planning and Designing of Lesson Templates.  Portions include-Instructional Planning,its importance, principles,types: Course plan/year plan Unit plan Lesson plan The factors behind each types and their format where discussed. 

 Todays online class starts with joju sir class. Its was the birthday of joju sir ,devika and priyanka 😊🍭🧁🎊🎉.. Sir shared a thought about one's importance and relevance of existence in this world with an example of dodo bird and its extinction. Its also lead  to the decline of tree known as Tambalacoque aka 'dodo tree '. Seminar presentation of physical science department starts and nine of them take topics on: Open Educational Resources (OER) : Its initiatives, pros and cons, 5 R's of  OER,characteristics. Also about web applications like email,blog etc. Second hour by Ancy mam. Today we learned some topics in philosophy-  International understanding Role of education in a society  Democracy and education  Democracy and securalism Its aims of education, importance where discussed. 

 17/05/2021  A new week starts  and a special day too..our class (Mathematics)association inauguration &  logo release was happened today at 8.00pm live in YouTube premieres(link below👇) Thank god that all happened well ..kudos to our Deepthi mam, coordinaters Sajin,aby,Emily,aswathy and other dear ones for their whole hearted support. Special mention for josena for arranging chief guest Appani sharath! Our association name is: D I K S H A Mathematics Association 2020-2022. A week long program- MATHLETICS is conducting in relation to our inauguration and all are invited!!  Malayalam association -Saparya - inauguration was conducted today morning from 9 to 10.30 am by Dr.Deepu sir. It was pleasant program and they have already conducted a song guessing program - 'Pattinte palazhiri' yesterday itself and was a superb one. Today , we have online of 2 sessions. First by Ancy mam. Eventhough,  mam admit us to google meet,due to net issues, class was not there. Mam asked to complete the notes that posted un Google classroom- Aristotle; his life sketch, his 7 Principles on realism ,forms of soul etc. Second hour by Deepthi mam. Today , second unit was completed and topic includes bloom's digital taxonomy ,curriculum framework etc. Afternoon, our psychology club conducted a program through google meet- A talk on the topic " stress management during covid times" by psychologist Vanidevi mam . It was a much needed and informative one.  As per timetable, we were informed of three classes. But giby mam later cancelled one hour. So ,today we have 2 sessions.  First hour by joju sir. Sir started the class with a small motivation talk✌.Today's was our presentation ( Mathematics department). Revathy and Aby started with the topic:cyber privacy👨‍💻  Then, Sruthi and Pranav on the topic: Cybersecurity and password protection🔐  Then we have physical education hour. George sir taught a new yoga posture: 'Siddhasana' . Before starting, sir give directions for warming up since yoga postures can't be done all of a sudden. Sir explained the benefits of this posture like  this will work great for diabetic patients. After that ,class was over. In between ,government has announced lock down from May 8th to 16 in the midst of second wave of Corona virus. Rising number of patients and death cases ,hospitals running out of oxygen cylinders force government to take such a decision. So we can be very careful and...

 Two sessions for online class. First class by Ancy mam . Today we learn about the Indian thinker- Aurobindo Ghosh. Mam already put the ppt in our Google classroom and so it was very convenient to complete our notes as it will be there without downloading the file. Also ,it was Ancy miss  wedding anniversary. We all wished madam and it was also the same for uthara from English department.  Then optional hour . Deepthi miss taught about the specifications in cognitive ,  psychomotor and affective domains in blooms taxonomy. Then , revised blooms taxonomy and its specifications. 

 03/05/2021 The month May starts ...May 1 was labour day for remembering all the workers and we can remember our loved ones who still work outside admist of coronas second wave. Today, mam teached about Blooms taxonomy for physcomotor domain and affective domain ; also the 7 objectives of NCERT formulated from blooms taxonomy.  Second session by Giby mam. English department continued their seminar presentations and today's topic was Multiple intelligence theory by Howard Gardener and its eight intelligent modalities. As all of the classes are engaged with busy presentations and theories,  mam shared the story of the ' 10th apple🍎 effect ' .ie the law of diminishing marginal utility 'in Economics.
